New players are all welcome to join the club. Fun and challenging training is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We also play matches on Sundays, with usually around 10 Fixtures throughout the year.

Our teams are competitive but we always try to be inclusive with team selection. We believe winning comes from good teamwork and are proud to include girls from the best Lacrosse Schools on this side of London

W4 are particularly keen on Goalies, we have regular Goalie specific training and are always happy to go the extra mile for our favourite people.
