Kit you need

• Lacrosse Stick
• Mouthguard (I recommend Sisu brand as the girls can talk)
• Goggles (We have these available to buy for £34)
• Correct Footwear
• Whatever comfortable training kit is appropriate for the weather.
• No jewellery  while playing please.
